Founded by Sean Hakes, Dream Home Innovations grew out of decades in foundation engineering, remodeling, and basement finishing. That technical foundation became the launchpad for full-scale custom home building—with a client-first approach and a boutique feel. Founder & President

With over 20 years in residential construction and real estate development, Sean brings deep industry insight and future-ready building practices to every project. He previously founded Reliable Home Pros in Denver, Colorado, and has developed homes across the U.S.—including hurricane-zone builds in South Carolina where he exceeded stringent wind and code requirements. Sean’s focus on durability, efficiency, and insurance-friendly construction has helped clients build smarter, safer homes with long-term peace of mind.

Brian Hassel

President, Dream Home Innovations – Interiors

Brian leads our interior finishing division, overseeing both product selection and contractor coordination. With more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, he brings practical knowledge, material expertise, and a designer’s eye to every client interaction. Whether you’re selecting flooring, cabinets, countertops, or finishes, Brian ensures a seamless experience from consultation to installation.
